Introductory Sessions
I can provide a 10-20 minute introductory session. These can include a brief explanation of what yoga is, followed by a short series of movement and breathing.
Price: FREE
Location: It would be best for me to come to your location: preferable in SF or near BART. Occasionally I can rent space at Integral Yoga Institute (SF).
Group Classes
I am available for group classes for any of the following populations: seniors, veterans, physically disabled, visually impaired, and people with HIV/AIDS.
Price: $100/hour - single session

Private Sessions
I am available for private classes. These can be 1-on-1, or a small closed group.
Price: $75/hour - single session

Location: I can rent space at Integral Yoga Institute (SF) or I can come to your place, preferable in SF or near BART.
Equipment:
I can teach chair and mat classes. For mat classes, it can be helpful to have pillows, blankets, blocks and straps. Using props allows for greater array of available poses. Props can be very helpful as people progress in hatha yoga.
